Agreement Terms and Conditions:
$100.00 Non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking to
secure your time and date. Balance is to be paid in full one
month before event. Usually at the time of the pre-event
meeting, unless other arrangements are made. Cancellations
less than one month before the event date will be billed the
remaining balance, excepting severe weather conditions. Most
of the carriages have tops that can be put up to handle heat or
rain. Cancellations must be in writing. Starting time and
ending time specified on contract will be when our clock starts
and stops. If extra time is needed it will be billed at $125.00 per
hour. Extra time may or may not be available depending on
other jobs that day, so be sure to book all of the hours needed
to make your special event. No materials may be thrown
within 20 feet of the horses. Please make checks payable to
White Horse Carriage Co. Checks are acceptable until two
weeks prior to event date. Please contact us for rates and
availability before sending deposits and contracts. I have read
